Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan, or using WA Funnel, you agree to these Terms Of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service description
WA Funnel is a SaaS CRM for lead management, follow-up tracking, WhatsApp report automation, team management, integrations, subscription billing, and related business workflows.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining correct account information, user access, passwords, WhatsApp/API credentials, lead data, and all activity performed from your account.
Plans, limits, and billing
Plans may include user limits, lead limits, trial days, WhatsApp settings, integrations, and billing rules. Plan access may be restricted if subscription payment fails, expires, or usage crosses allowed limits.
Acceptable use
You must not use WA Funnel for spam, illegal communication, unauthorized scraping, abusive messaging, misleading content, or activities that violate third-party platform rules such as Meta, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, real estate portals, or payment gateways.
Third-party services
WA Funnel may connect with providers such as Razorpay, WhatsApp API providers, Meta Lead Ads, Google Forms, and lead portals. Their availability, approval, pricing, and rules are controlled by those providers.
Call recording and consent
If customers enable call recording, call transcript, cloud telephony, mobile call sync, or AI call summary features, they are responsible for giving required recording notices, obtaining consent where applicable, and using those recordings only for lawful business purposes.
Data and availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but temporary downtime, maintenance, provider issues, internet failure, hosting issues, or API changes may affect availability.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, policy violation, or misuse. Customers may stop using the service as per their billing and subscription terms.
